About Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
Reminiscent of grandma’s kitchen, cinnamon brings a warm welcome to all those who visit your home. It is one of the most recognizable fragrances in the world even for those who are unfamiliar with essential oils. While bringing warmth and dreams of fall baking to your home, Cinnamon Essential Oil has many magnificent uses in your home apothecary.
Pungent, spicy and warming, cinnamon can help maintain a healthy metabolic function and help cultivate a healthy immune system, especially when seasonal threats are high. How to Use Cinnamon Bark Essential Oil
Massage Oil: Dilute, Dilute, Dilute and Dilute some more if you have sensitive skin. Cinnamon Essential Oil can be used in your wintertime massage oil if the safety guidelines are followed. One drop of cinnamon in 1.5 oz of our fractionated coconut carrier oil can be massaged into limbs and joints to relax and warm the body.
In the Diffuser: The lingering warmth of the uniquely sweet aroma of cinnamon is matchless. Cinnamon quickly warms the heart and soul while energizing the mind with new creative inspirations. Like other spices, this oil can benefit the respiratory system by relieving congestion and throat discomfort. Diffuse a combination of cinnamon (one drop), fir balsam (two drops) and four drops sweet orange oil in your kitchen and living room to recreate the Christmas spirit and alleviate the winter blues.
